Someone (and by someone, I mean Merem) hasn't partaken in any blood like he requires. Killing is oh so boring and he'd rather wait until he was on the edge of starvation.

But, then again, if he didn't, he'd dry up and wither away into a fine powder and that wasn't the kind of fate he was looking for.

So after partaking in drinking the blood of a random drone, he rips off its head just to assure it won't become a ghoul or possibly another vampire. You can never be too sure about these things and if ghouls started running around, he'd be the only target for Arcueid and Ciel.

The next problem was disposal.

You can easily find Merem stuffing a body larger than himself in a trashcan and then tossing the head in too. Do you know that drone? MAYBE. It sure would be unfortunate if you did. Merem will give it a prayer if you ask nicely.]

I wish there was a way to make this process less....dirty. Too bad God doesn't grant wishes to heretics, hah.

Partially. She felt that since she did not have the capacity to kill me, she would attempt to seduce me to join her instead. She even offered to kill Ortenrosse in exchange.

Oh, I have made quite a few. Miss Sen is more commonly known as Vietnam but honestly, I would suggest avoiding her unless you have a high tolerance for those who commonly lie to achieve whatever objective they wish. She's the type to act insulted just to force a conversation to go her way.

Ah, he did but perhaps next time, you could invest in a....stuffed crust pizza.

It's actually easily explained, especially for those of us who are used to the supernatural. To put it simply, yes, they are countries but they are the aggregate personality of their citizens. You can imagine that say, Russia, is dull upstairs, a bit violent, and drunk on a consistent basis.

Considering that she's still obsessed with fighting off Capitalist scum, I would presume between the 70s and the 90s. Beyond that and the United States and Vietnam have a fairly good relationship...if differences in our world's history are not too large.

He is a sweet child, and I cannot recall the last time that I had spoken in French. He dates from early in the 11st century, making him illiterate, though I have offered to tutor him, if he'd like. It falls in well with my current line of work here.
