That doesn't change the fact that her mind is on the other side. In fact, if what I've gathered from both her and Tohsaka Rin is true, even if she's been modified to be part of our world, she can still truly live normally and attain happiness like an ordinary person. This isn't just idealistic talk, but solid reality. ...Well, provided that she ever gets out of this place first. So if both factors are taken into account, you would be the one who's a complete monster.
