[It's 1 AM. DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR CHILDREN ARE?

Someone (and by someone, I mean Merem) hasn't partaken in any blood like he requires. Killing is oh so boring and he'd rather wait until he was on the edge of starvation.

But, then again, if he didn't, he'd dry up and wither away into a fine powder and that wasn't the kind of fate he was looking for.

So after partaking in drinking the blood of a random drone, he rips off its head just to assure it won't become a ghoul or possibly another vampire. You can never be too sure about these things and if ghouls started running around, he'd be the only target for Arcueid and Ciel.

The next problem was disposal.

You can easily find Merem stuffing a body larger than himself in a trashcan and then tossing the head in too. Do you know that drone? MAYBE. It sure would be unfortunate if you did. Merem will give it a prayer if you ask nicely.]

I wish there was a way to make this process less....dirty. Too bad God doesn't grant wishes to heretics, hah.

You should keep a closer eye on Ciel anyway. You know how she is with humans that end up associating with Dead Apostles. I dare say she'd kill much more.

I'm keeping my eye on her. I don't think she's going to be too big of a deal until she starts getting her abilities back though.

I don't like that woman being in such a closed space with humans, vampires and various other creatures I can't even identify.

Since I got some things back I kind of prefer being out at night now. I don't have to sleep as often as I did when I was a human.

[Arcueid slowly walks over to the trashcan as she speaks, giving it a light tap with the toe of her shoe.]

I really wonder if drones can even turn. I doubt it...they don't really feel like people at all.

This whole town is full of some unlucky humans trapped in a closed space with monsters who wish to kill them...and monsters that wish to kill each other.

And none of us are dead for longer than a day.

I doubt it can be lost here, everything returns to as it was.

But, that's only if I give her the opportunity to kill me. I've actually got something worth living for, she doesn't...save for ambition.

I do. I know what my sister's been up to...and she's even admitted to stuff I didn't think she planned out.
